Who's your Coach?
Experience & Education
After 10 years of working as a counseling youth pastor in Bayamón, in 2009 Mr. Gallardo started his bachelor's in Psychology, and later, his Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Puerto Rico’s Interamerican University at the Metropolitan Campus. Meanwhile doing so, he also acquired a Coaching Certification from Wainwright and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Kinesiology Certification from the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association and PODIUM. Since 2018, Mr. Gallardo has offered his services as a Certified Profesional Industrial-Organizational Neurocoach (I/O Coaching for short).

My services include a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities and a complete report, which in some cases includes evidence-based guides and examples of better practices in similar situations.
